Ethical Investing with
UK Property Angels
Ethical investing is not about sacrificing profit! It’s about choosing investments that are profitable but also have a direct impact on the less fortunate and the environment.
Our mission is to repurpose property and land for better uses to help address the massive housing shortage. We are also helping to house vulnerable and less fortunate people so they can live independently, safely, and securely.
We also support the preservation of the environment by building as responsibly as possible and by supporting tree planting projects and other environmental and community outcomes (with www.treesforcities.org).
As a leading source of great off-market property opportunities, we have a steady pipeline of opportunities that require funding.
These projects enable you to provide a simple third party loan and you will earn interest for the term of the project, as well as the original loan capital being repaid to you.
At UK Property Angels, we pride ourselves on good communication & reporting to you throughout the life of your investment with us.
Finally, by investing with UK Property Angels you will also feel good as you help us to fulfil our mission to make a real difference in the community.
Great deals, intelligently sourced
Social impact ethical investing.
We encourage, when ever possible, to use property for supported living. This provides long term leases from supported living care providers.
